Problem
Problem
Workforce managers often struggle to assess the potential of their team members for new roles or promotions due to a lack of comprehensive tools that evaluate an individual's certifications, skills, and project experiences. This gap made it challenging to support effective career development and transition strategies within organizations.

Solution
Solution
Career Pathways helps managers figure out which employees might be good fits for new roles. It looks at each person's skills, certifications, and work history to suggest possible job matches. Managers can use this tool to plan career moves for their team members and spot any gaps in skills. The main goal is to make it easier for companies to grow talent from within.
